Cancellation Policy
The Cancellation/No Show Policy requires all clients to cancel or reschedule their appointment at least 24 hours in advance. If client no shows then they will be subject to a 20% fee of the services booked. Clients can reschedule/cancel either online, by text messaging, or by email.
